This is Tendulkar 94th ODI half century. Factor that in with his 48 ODI centuries. Using ridiculously conservative math (94*50=4700) and (48*100=4800) that alone gives Tendulkar 9,500 ODI runs which would be good enough for 11th place all time. These records are never going to be touched. He still looks like he has a few years left in him.

Its remarkable how long Tendulkar has been able to play at a high level. He debuted way back in 1989 in the same Test Match as Waqar Younis. Actually went to watch a couple of days of that match in Karachi.

Edit: Australia's overrate today is ridiculously slow.

Probably had money on himself being run out. >_>

And lol, Tait. Raina got lucky with an inside edge, Tait walks up to him and shouts ''fucking cunt, you are!'' - the guy looks pumped. India in control now. 40 from 52 needed, 5 wkts in hand.

Yeah, talking trash when you've gone for 52 runs in 7 overs is pretty stupid.

India gonna win this thing, no one is as good as them in ODIs right now.

I would take Pakistan, South Africa amd Sri Lanka all over India right now.

Edit: Heck, even England on their day. India's bowling is a joke after Zaheer Khan.

SA always fail to rise to the occasion or have horrendous luck in the World Cup. They're more than due to win the whole thing one year, doesn't look like this will be the year though.

Can't wait for India-Pakistan, that match is gonna be the big test for India's bowlers but if they can hold Pakistan to under 275 then I think they will move onto the final. It will be one of the defining matches in sport history though.

172-9 now so barring a bit of magic SA have bottled it again. But I'm just glad England are in the final 5 :shifty:

Edit: That's it now SA all-out for 172.

Have had to school more then one American friend in the last 24 hours on the idea of "Super Bowl being most watched sports event". 1.5 Billion Pakistanis and Indians. They might as well declare a national holiday in both of those countries for Wednesday because there will be no productivity.

That being said, South Africa really got screwed over in 1992 and luck has never been on their side since. Hats off to the Kiwis though. How sweet this must be for Allan Donald?
