I’m not sure he can handle another year of the humiliation he’s felt this way. I’ve never seen someone’s star fall as quickly as his did. 😛

Bubba might be in that car next year. He needs to leave where he is if he wants to succeed and RPM offering him ownership in the team just isn’t worth it.

I’m glad I had a coffee earlier or I’d be falling asleep during White Bread Keselowski’s post-race interview...

Really though, outside of Wonderbread and Hamlin being up front all race, that was a pretty decent race. The top ten shifted around quite a bit. Bummed Byron only got 11th, but that long green flag run really boned any shot he had at a higher spot because his tires were beyond bald.

As for Maurice Petty, that's a big  He was a big reason for the success that team had.

Anybody watching? Forky is on vacation so I don’t have my usually race chat buddy. He probably wouldn’t be happy anyway since his boy Martin blew a tire already. Luckily for Truex, he blew it right before pit road.

Yeah he’s doing great, which is nice since I bet on him. He literally lucked out where he blew his tire. Another quarter mile and he would’ve been past the pit and SOL.

I have to be honest: I know I’m one of the old-school, traditional guys on the board, but I friggin love the 300 mile races. Doubleheader weekends are amazing.

I watched both the Xfinity and the truck race. The road course has grown on me. Hopefully this is more like the truck race and close than the Xfinity.
