There are a bunch of solid players around that can perform for Southampton. Liverpool are just foolish enough to believe these players can lift them. Klopp has caught the virus already.

This isn't exactly a raid. The nature of football is that you are always liable to have your best players poached by clubs higher up the totem pole than you. They did well to keep hold of him and Wanyama last summer in all honesty.

The only thing really that can be laughed at or questioned is the fee of what we have spent on players from Southampton. Mane is a good signing for us as we don't have any real pace in midfield and he should be able to contribute a few goals and assists. 

Lovren has been our best centre half this season after a crap opening season. 

Clyne has been solid at right back and one of the most consistent players in the team and probably the Prem. 

Lallana has performed well under Klopp and has fit his system well. 

The only one that didn't work out was Lambert. 

I mean we did only get to two cup finals with these players that supposedly can't lift us and was only 6 points off 4th despite playing over 50 games and changing manager during the season.

If by that you mean Klopp caught the virus four years ago when he first sent scouts to watch Mane, then yeah. It's terminal.
