Apologies for not posting last week's results up. At a glance, here they are with myself stretching that lead at the top to 8 points, Huw register a big win to move back nearer the top, Baddar falling to another heavy defeat and a narrow loss for Sam seeing him fall back to the bottom:

@Jimmy 20-56 @Adam

@Loz 29-58 @hugobomb

@MadJack 37-43 @Moses Julep

@Davidmarrio 69-35 @Baddar

-----

Onto this week, and the winning run came to an emphatic end for myself as @Davidmarrio triumphed 52-27 courtesy of his Liverpool charges Mo Salah & Joel Matip both hitting double figures. Alvaro Morata also got 8 points, a good haul since he was the lone striker in the side this week, with his team mate Marcos Alonso also adding a good 6-point haul. An off-colour week all round for me, top scorer was Aaron Ramsey with 6 points owing to an assist and a solitary bonus point. The win moves David back into contention, 5th in the standings after a second straight big win.

@Jimmy was the only other player to post more than 40 overall points this week, and with it moved back into 2nd spot with a 43-37 win against @hugobomb. Jimmy can thank his auto subs for this one, Sadio Mane earning 10 points after a surprising early return from injury, whilst Choupo-Moting also bagged 5 off the bench, Jimmy can thank the injuries to Trippier & Mounie for keeping them out of their respective sides. Kevin De Bruyne impressed again to score and earn 10 points too, whilst the lively Andre Gray got 5 points. Huw has Cesar Azpilicueta to thank for keeping the scoreline narrow, 12 points after a sumptuous assist and a clean sheet for him, with only Man City duo Gabriel Jesus & Fernandinho coming anywhere near on contribution, with 5 points apiece.

@Loz is 3rd now after a second draw of the season, 36-36 against @Moses Julep, who also has his second tied game already. Loz had points right through the team here, Jan Vertonghen top scoring with 9, Sergio Aguero earning 8 after scoring a penalty, and Riyad Mahrez getting 7 with a goal himself, but the auto-subs have really let him down here, Fellaini coming in and earning zero whilst Gary Cahill languishes on the bench, his 6 points more than enough to give Loz a win that he now must regret missing out on. Moses ground out this draw thanks to his defence, starting with sub keeper Thibaut Cortouis who earned 7 points for his clean sheet and saves bonus in place of the injured Lloris, whilst Danny Rose & Stephen Ward both earned 6 points in the back line. Here, the auto-sub selection worked out as first sub Christian Atsu earned 3 points, enough for the draw whereas unused pair Gabbiadini & Naughton both only earned 2 therefore would have meant a one point loss for Moses this week.

@Baddar has finally arrested his slide down the table, and he's done with the lowest winning points tally of the season so far. 29-22 the final score against bottom place @MadJack, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain the unlikely hero with the winning margin of 7 points earned from his first Liverpool goal. Alexandre Lacazette also scored to earn 4 points, but otherwise it was a thin week for individuals in this team despite a wealth of Top 6 talent. Indeed 11 of Baddar's entire squad play for the league's "biggest" sides but it hasn't translated into success in FPL lately. No luck again for Sam who is now adrift at the foot of the league, his top scorer this week was Richarlison of Watford with 7, but again team selection lets it down because sub keeper Jonas Lossl earned 8 points, compared to just 1 earned by the now injured Heurelho Gomes, and Dominic Calvert-Lewin's goalscoring appearance for Everton was also squandered, 5 points lost in favour of the solitary point earned by Okizaki. Picking those two players instead would have led to victory this week for #Pogbants!

Onto the table then, here is how it shakes out after 11 games:

Quote

1. BAINES & NOBLE (Adam) - 24pts (+485)

2. SPURSY (Jimmy) - 18pts (+478)

3. TOP OF THE KLOPPS (Loz) - 17pts (+464)

4. THE BOMBERS (Hugo) - 16pts (+509)

5. KINDERGARTEN KLOPP (David) - 16pts (+498)

6. ATHLETIC DILDAO (Baddar) - 15pts (+460)

7. COOP FLEW THE COOP (Moses) - 14pts (+400)

8. #POGBANTS (Sam) - 9pts (+367)

I'm still top but the lead is cut by 2 to 6 points, Jimmy moves up into 2nd, swapping places with Huw after defeating him this week. Loz stays 3rd with that draw, it is very tight behind the leader at the top, and it's worth noting that our two highest overall scorers sit locked together in midtable with Huw the first player past 500 overall points this season. Dave is 5th after another win but in the mix again now, whilst Baddar moves up to 6th after a narrow win. Moses drops one to 7th but is a healthy 5 points clear of bottom spot Sam, who is in desperate need of a change in fortunes if he's to avoid staying in a mini-league of his own.

Week off now due to the international break, but don't forget to get your waivers in if you need and plot success through what is sure to be a busy month or two heading towards Christmas!

Make that 90...fucking hell!

It'll be 92 for when Joselu comes on for Matip as well.  Least it'll do my point difference a world of good.

Last week saw the top two maintain their momentum, and the highest points tally of any single week this season achieved in a record haul for one team. Gameweek 12!

@Adam, me, still top despite what looked like a pretty lean week. In the end, a 49-34 win over @Loz thanks to Coutinho's MOTM performance against So'ton. He earned 13pts, Zaha & Baines 7 for both scoring in the Palace/Everton game, and substitute defender Tarkowski marked his Baines & Noble debut with 6pts. I did leave Koscielny (8pts) on the bench but it didn't matter in the end. Loz slips a place to 4th with the loss, his top scorer was goalkeeper Cech with 8 points, followed by Cahill and David Silva with 6, and substitute Shaqiri got 5.

@Jimmy remains six points back in 2nd place after a 52-35 triumph against struggling @MadJack. His top scorer was actually a substitute, so it's a hearty "thank you" to Defoe for being injured, allowing Choupo-Moting to plunder 10pts and spearhead the win. Man City boys Walker (9pts) and De Bruyne (8pts) were the next best scorers, along with Fabregas who also earned 8. Burnley's Mee was drafted in much to my chagrin, but he was left on the bench despite earning 6 points, more than Spurs defensive duo Trippier & Davies. Mad Jack's side had Richarlison as top scorer again with 8pts, followed by Watford team mate and sub Femenia with 7. Man Utd's Martial also got 7, but it could have been even better for the Watford contingent had goalie Gomes (7pts) not been left on the bench in favour of Lossl, who got a big fat zero. I believe Lossl has been left on the bench a few times despite big points hauls so this is just sod's law for Sam.

What a week for @Davidmarrio, up to 3rd after an emphatic win against @hugobomb. It was a record weekly score for the league, 92 bloody points, in a 92-45 win. Huw's tally actually would have been enough to beat half of the other teams but such is the luck of the fixture draw. Remarkably, astoundingly, no less than nine of Dave's team earned 6 or more points, with Hazard smashing home twice, bagging an assist and the MOTM bonus to finish on 18pts, the highest individual player score of the season. He even lost a point for a yellow card as well! Salah hit 16pts for also grabbing two goals and an assist, and Chelsea defender Alonso got 14pts himself. Those three players alone got 48 points, enough to beat all but two teams in the league just as a trio if it had come to it, including Huw of course. Elsewhere, Morata got 9pts, Sanchez & Sane 7pts, and Mignolet, Lowton & Kolasinac all got 6pts apiece. Incredible. Huw may as well have sat out this week, but both strikeforce and defence had solid weeks otherwise. Jesus top scored with 8pts, Lukaku got 6pts, and so did Azpilicueta and Moreno at the back. But it was all for nought as Huw slips out of the top half.

Somehow it was yet another draw for @Moses Julep, 36-36 against @Baddar. That's his third draw of the season, and I have to say I'm surprised we've had as many as this after only 12 weeks. There have been four tied scores this season and Moses has been in three of them, bizarre. Baddar's auto subs saved the day, although it was a case of #POGBACK as Paul The Enigma top scored on 12pts. Ederson got 6pts in the goal whilst strikers Lacazette and Rashford earned 5pts each. The subs Bertrand & Demarai Gray, accounted for only 3 points but it was enough to earn the draw, whilst Moses has Ibrahimovic's return off the bench to get the 1pt ultimately needed to avoid defeat. Gross was at it again to top score with 10pts for this team, followed by Ozil (6pts) and Ward (5pts).

Table!

Quote

1. BAINES & NOBLE (Adam) - 27pts (+534)

2. SPURSY (Jimmy) - 21pts (+530)

3. KINDERGARTEN KLOPP (Dave) - 19pts (+590)

4. TOP OF THE KLOPPS (Loz) - 17pts (+498)

5. THE BOMBERS (Huw) - 16pts (+554)

6. ATHLETIC DILDAO (Baddar) - 16pts (+496)

7. COOP FLEW THE COOP (Moses) - 15pts (+436)

8. #POGBANTS (Sam) - 9pts (+402)

Status quo maintained in the top two, but Dave is the big mover as he goes up to 3rd. Loz and Huw slip a place, the stalemate keeps Baddar & Moses mired in the bottom half and Sam is now six adrift at the bottom. But there is a long way to go, and only technically the difference of 6 wins between first and last place. With 26 weeks to go, it's plenty of time for the complexion of the entire league to change!

Get your teams sorted for this weekend folks, waiver deadline has passed already but FA moves can still be made up until tonight's 7pm deadline.

The top three all won this past weekend as the division begins to stretch a bit. A win for the bottom side too, here's how it shook out ahead of a rare midweek fixture list:

@Adam stays top and stays six points clear after a win over @Baddar by a score of 47-30. I genuinely thought I'd lose this week as felt I was having a lean week but thanks to Arsenal and City on Sunday I ended up with the highest score of the week. Sterling was top scorer with 13pts, followed by Koscielny on 9pts and Kane back to form with 8pts. Baddar's top players were Bertrand on 9, The Ox on 7 and Pogba on a measly 3pts. So big squad changes not too surprising there, although with Ox hitting form now he seems an odd choice to drop.

@Jimmy keeps pace in 2nd after a narrow win, 38-35 against @Loz. GK Fabianski was the hero with an impressive 9pts, whilst Bellerin and Andre Gray managed 6pts apiece. Loz would have won with better team selection, his top scorer Shaqiri (9pts) left on the bench in favour of three midfielders/forwards earning 2 or 1 point, and defender Schindler earned 5pts but was squandered in favour of Vertonghen and Clark, earning just 2 apiece. A harsh lesson then for Loz, who did at least have Aguero back to top score with 8pts, whilst Alli, Mawson and Cech all got 6pts each.

Less than half the number of points as last week for @Davidmarrio but it was still a win, 45-32 against draw specialist @Moses Julep. A red letter day for the midfielders as Sanchez top scored with 11pts, Hazard next with 8pts then Salah with 7pts. Injuries aren't helping Moses at all, his top scorer was Naughton with 9pts, followed by Gross and Vardy with 5pts each, but there wasn't much else to shout about.

@hugobomb continues to falter after a strong start, losing again this week against last place @MadJack, who picks up a vital victory by a score of 44-38 to get back in touch with the sides above. Femenia again impressed off the bench (pick him!) earning 8pts, as did goalie Gomes and defender Valencia. The Watford Connection is paying dividends at the moment as Richarlison also got another 5pts too. Davis was surprisingly top scorer for Hugo earning 7pts, then it was Willian and De Gea with 6pts each.

All in all a low scoring week for many, from what I can see only Sterling and Sanchez even got double figure scores!

Quote

1. BAINES & NOBLE (Adam) - 30pts (+581)

2. SPURSY (Jimmy) - 24pts (+568)

3. KINDERGARTEN KLOPP (David) - 22pts (+635)

4. TOP OF THE KLOPPS (Loz) - 17pts (+533)

5. THE BOMBERS (Hugo) - 16pts (+592)

6. ATHLETIC DILDAO (Baddar) - 16pts (+526)

7. COOP FLEW THE COOP (Moses) - 15pts (+468)

8. #POGBANTS (Sam) - 12pts (+446)

5 point gap behind David in 3rd now then, work to be done for the chasing pack. I take on Moses tonight, whilst Jimmy takes on Dave looking to hold him off for 2nd spot. Loz faces Sam and it's Huw up against Baddar. I think the deadline has just passed!

79 points :o

Can only apologise to you @Moses Julep, 65 points is a great haul and you'd have beaten every other player in the league this week!

8 clear now though...am I officially the Pep Guardiola of Fantasy League? :shifty:

I'm...coming...for...you
