Yeah it is a pretty funny cartoon, and another example would be( well more spoofing the video games ) where xandir kept saying how he had to save his girlfriend. And then when he left he played a flute( similar to link's ) and a tornado came and carried him off.

A new series could be the best thing. Though if they wanted not to reveal what happens after the season finale of Angel they could set it in the past. Like for example in old england and have a new slayer and/or the watchers and they could have spike, dru and( maybe ) angelus. As well as a few of the other demons. Or the other likely choice for new characters if they wanted to later bring in some other characters would be in the present( slightly before or after the battle ) and most likely it being a slayer who taps into her powers in someother country or in america but isn't gotten to yet. Which leads to demons being generally drawn to her( since afterall if you off a slayer it gets you big ups in the demon world ) or perhaps the hellmouth opens up in another city after being destroyed in sunnydale.

Yeah i think hewey is alone on the connor spinoff.......Since personally i didn't find connor to be any thing but an annoyance and fill character since he stopped being a baby till he returned. And even after returning( i'm referring to after Angel makes the deal to get connor a new life ) he didn't do too much that they coulda slapped nearly any other character in his place to do. Also hewey i'd like to say a spike spinoff would be NOTHING like angel, granted they are similar in ways but personality wise and historywise, ect it's like comparing apples to oranges here. Though i'd like to see it even if it was similar to Angel, since i just plain like nearly any thing involving the spike character. On a side note i heard about The Watcher series. I was actually pumped when i first heard about it, shame it fell through. Since giles as the main character and set in England( if i recall that's where they said while talking about the series where they'd set it ) it could lead to some interesting things. Since England is quite a different change of scene from the cheery on the surface small town paradise that was Sunnydale that was in Buffy and the Cold hard steets of L.A. that was in Angel. Also it could've( as the name would imply ) give us more information on the watchers an' how all of that stuff worked. Oh and a question to the Angel/Buffyverse masters of knowledge out there. If i recall after Angel the series started Angel did cameos a few times in Buffy, but i don't recall her ever doing a cameo for Angel. Did she? The only one i can think of that she may have done one in was when Faith came into Angel before turning good and went after wes.

Yeah taw i also stated that in my post. Which pretty much neutralized the thought that it would be about her past.

" * Any ways though i enjoyed fred/illyria i agree in GoGo's thoughts as she's better as a supporting character. Though it would be interesting to see her past i'd rather see one after the Angel season finale, since it would then have alot of more common characters that the viewers know and like. If they were to do it in her past they'd have to do nearly a complete recast aside from amy and i'm not sure people would be up for that as illyria was kinda evil in her past. Though Angel when it started was viewed in a similar fashion as i suppose all spinoffs are seen as, not gonna be as good or work as well as the original. And Angel pretty much made a cast from scratch, kinda ironic if ya think about it....in the end Angel was the better series overall then Buffy( aside from giles and willow and andrew, when on it spike there weren't many redeming features of the Buffy series after about season 4). But that might just be my opinion on that matter. Then again if amy's playing her that pretty much tells ya it's gonna be present.

The OVAs( which came out first oddly. Since normally it's the series THEN the OVas but eh whatever ) a.k.a. " the movie " as you called it is what Adult Swim will be airing. They also tried to get the series( which if i remember correctly hasn't ended in japan yet even. So it's pretty new ) but TechTV got that and that's what it has been showing. Or whatever the hell it's called now a days....stupid comcast...

I reserved a copy of both already. Though i was never the biggest pokemon fan, i always loved the games. They are always at the very least decent games and worth the money. Also the fact fire red and leaf green allow you to start in the original game's world plus jhoto, ect in it and i heard that after you beat all the leagues you can unlock the orange island leagues. Though not sure how much fact there is to it. But for leaf green i'll get bulb and fire red charmander. Then i'll catch a few normal pokemon( two ) and trade one from fire red to leaf green for bulb, start green over, choose squir. and do the same then start green over again. Thus giving me on red all three starter pokemon.

I'm nearly finished with XS1 and yeah i can't wait for XS2. Though i agree with CI, i'm slightly annoyed with how they went for a more " real " look for #2. But wither way i'll like it, and there are a few other rpgs on my wish list i'm gonna get. Oh and i agree XS series blows FF series out of the water. ^_^

Umm, i'm slightly new to the MMA world. The only thing i've seen was really at a friend's house of a tape with shamrock in it back before his WWF days. But i'm interested in getting into it, and dish network sells the UFC and PRIDE ppvs as well as the ones you mentioned( bushido, which when i saw the previews it didn't seem all that interesting. And by what you guys have said i guess i was right ). So any suggestions to order first, and any info on the current affairs in em? Also any tapes/DVDs i should check into? Any info or suggestions given i'll be quite grateful of.

I am really excited about this, i've been a kevin smith fan for years. And though i never got to see jersey girl in the threaters the lil' bit i did see wasn't completely horrible. And i was bumed when JASBSB first came out, since it was a end of a era sort to speak. Though on the jason lee topic it is VERY possible brody could make a cameo. As both brody and randall speak of a cousin walter in there movies and on the comm. for the mallrats DVD kevin says they are actually cousins( randall and brody ). So perhaps brody will do a silent bob a la clerks 1 and come into the store when dante needs guidence and give him advice then take randall home( since if they keep with the 1st one randall doesn't have a car of his own). Hell they even could spoof on the rumor/joke that the randall character is gay by having him and brody hug or some thing and dante tell randall that it's illegal to do it with a relative. And i agree with whoever it is that said it, it needs to be in black and white.

The sub-title for it should be " Whoever wins....this movie will still suck " As others have said i see this as flopping. It granted came from a good concept, but like FvJ it'll be done the wrong way. And most likely like in FvJ no true winner will be crowned. So the alien fans and the pred fans will all go home happy if not a bit disappointed. I didn't mind either movie series despite the fact that the first one of pred i didn't care for and they dragged the alien series about as far as it'll go. And as others have said, why even bring humans into this one? I mean yes it'll fill up most of the time to make this movie appear to look good and long, but really we'll probably get 40 minutes of mindless dumbasses getting killed by both preds and aliens and then a 15 " main event " which'll be ended in a draw. It would be like if WMXX only had a bunch of diva matches as it's undercard then the Main Event was a Hell in a Cell elimination eight-way between Ric Flair, Rock, Austin, Hogan, Chris Jericho, HHH, Kurt Angle, Undertaker and it ended in HHH and taker eliminating every one else and then ending it in a draw by double D.Q.

Ah yeah i remember facing wattson. He was a pain in the ass, good luck cloudy. Though any one know if the hot springs in that town of the fire gym leader does any thing? Though i am slightly disturbed that the naked old ladies in it aren't bothered by the fact you get in there with your clothing and every thing on.... :blink:

Didn't see it, forgot about it. But i've always been a fan of dennis and i'll check it out during the replay on fri-day. Though by the sounds of it with this, Nip/Tuck, the Shield and the rumored Prime Time slot waiting for TNA this summer could be the summer of FX. :thumbsup:

Did any one get that 15th b-day pac? I forget but if i recall it was for the Gamecube. It had megaman 1 through 8 plus two never released games and the rare arcade game brought to america. Any whom, i was curious if it was any good? From what i had heard it also had alot of special features and easter eggs. Just curious since around here it's selling for about 20$ american and wondering if i should shell out the cash for it.

Mixing classic with metal, plus amy's voice is so hauntingly beautiful, *sighs * Good female vocalists in bands are a rare thing now a days if they aren't...* shudders * pop.) Metallica- Self titled album/Black Album( Any one who's actually sat and listened to it knows why it would be put on ANY ONE's list. This album you can listen to several times and it never gets old. I'm not sure if any of you guys can help me. But i'm playing Sapphire and i have beaten the gym leader at Mauville and beaten the family at there house up on route 111 i think it is. Well when i try to go through the mountain to the next city, team magma is there. And i when i talk to them they mention guys at Fallarbor City, yet i've tried each way i can to get to there. But nothing, i went to Rustboro city and the way there is blocked off by those stones that of your on the opposite side you can hop over. And i tried going through the desert on foot and it said i couldn't( can't remember the exact words ). And i'm not sure if i need to win a poke' contest or some thing. Or go down route 118, but if so i'm not even sure how i get on that. Since it looks to be a water route and i don't have surf yet. Even any one can help me here i'd be grateful. And oh here are my pokemon currently on it ( i am too lazy to get out red, blue, yellow, silver, gold, ruby to see what my current lineups are on it ). Hmmm well with all these sources saying different names for HP #6 guess we'll have to wait and see which it is. Though the first one pillar of S would make sense in connection to some thing involving either harry's parents( his dad to be exact ) or sirus or remus who can all change into animals, which could if it is the name hint at sirus coming back in some fashion . Or some thing to do with voldmort or a snake. And prince of the half bloods makes sense for reasons stated above. Though either way i'll read the book, since i'm a fan and i care not how angsty harry gets( though i do have to say at times it was damn annoying and hard to believe it was harry doing it in book 5 ) or how long the books become.

A tie for #1 between the brothers ( bill and budd ), not to mention the actors who played them played them perfectly and i'm a big fan of both men and there respected work. Next would be bill and budd's martial arts teacher ( white some thing...for some reason i can't remember his damn name ). And then a tie for #3 between go go and the bride. :smug:

Shame they raided and gutted TechTV...ah well as long as they keep X-play and Anime unleashed i'm remotely happy for the time being. Though from the shows i've seen of G4 i've hated them. Wow so this is still coming out? I remember back when it was thought to just be rumors flying around the internet with " edited " pictures of the original FF7. Looks pretty good so far, though i don't think the cloaked figure is sephiroth. I mean if it were or zach it would be kinda not all that much of a surprise. Then again, who knows for all the info we have on it yet it could be aerith( doubtful but yeah ). Though if it were aerith or sephiroth it would explain why in the trailer it cuts to a flashback of sephiroth. And as for the three new villians i am sure any one who has seen FF7 all the way through the entire game and has half a brain could put two and two together that they are some how related to the big S. I mean look at sephiroth's picture above K's and then look at K's. The two ( be sides hair style and attire ) look nearly alike.
