Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout

Fall Mountain. Now that I’ve actually played it, I think I’d do better. That’s just how some of them go for me.

The ones that still really give me trouble are the hoop ones. But I think I’m getting better.

I've seen people complain about Hoopsie Legends but honestly, of the four new stages I think it's by far the best. I appreciate the level of problem solving they introduced with the movable blocks, and where the golden hoops just feel like pure luck in Hoopsie Daisy they're often a risk/reward proposition in Legends.

Egg Siege really does just depend on how good your team is.

I'm undefeated on Egg Siege and I've not actually come across Hoopsie Legends yet. Only had Wall Guys once and was awful at it.

Jesus, I get Hoopsie Legends EVERY TIME. Wall Guys about 75% of the time. Both are teaching me to work on my jumping and climbing timing. Also to go wherever other people aren’t.

Anyone played since the update earlier this week?
 

They’ve added a new course called Big Fans that has a pretty steep learning curve. I don’t think I’ve once seen it end with the maximum number of qualifiers.

They’ve also thrown some random edits into a lot of the courses. Even the memory game thing has a giant spinning bar now! It’s not a waste of time!

Yeah picked up four wins since the update, can’t complain. And yeah I’ve never seen the full qualifying number make it through Big Fans either - but I’ve never had a problem with it, reasonably straightforward imo. Map alterations are pretty decent too, good to change things up a little.

Slime Climb and Hex-a-gone remain my dual white whales.

With all the licensed characters they use as legendary outfits (e.g. Sonic, Godzilla, The Goose), they really should add Mr. Potato Head.

I figured it would have a winter theme! I cannot wait for tomorrow. I really like that toy soldier outfit. And is it implying a new final stage?

There are supposedly two new finals.

One of the new finals is basically "what if Roll Out was also Slime Climb?" It's a nightmare, and I won it on my first try somehow.

I somehow haven’t gotten that one, but I got the thin ice final twice. All in all, I love the update. Lots of fun new cosmetics, a new crown progression/reward system, and it looks like 6 new maps.

New season is pretty good. Squad mode is fun, but not keen on the basketball final tbh.

I'm definitely late to the party but this game is all sorts of fun. And the kids live it too. I'm awful. Made it to one final, though, and lost rather quickly. It was Thin Ice.
