The never won a trophy narrative in a team sport always bugs me, but at least it can be put to rest when people tell the story of Messi's career.

Augero, Di Maria, and Otamendi have been there for a lot of the heartbreak too. Good for them.

Glad Messi finally got this one off his back. He deserved to win something with Argentina during his career. Would be great if he could cap it off with a World Cup next year, but that's a bit of a stretch.
