I'm not keen on the new badge either. Hopefully they do what that lower league club did (Macclesfield?) and the fans vote to return to the old one

Meh, I don't mind the new badge to be honest. It definitely should have the star somewhere on any Villa badge. Tbh I was expecting much more.

Yeah, because winning the biggest and most important club competition in the world really isn't a big deal.

& to be fair, needs more Claret. But I think it might look okay on a shirt, just not when it's alone.

Regardless of the badge I'm expecting Villa's new kit to be cool with it being made by Nike. I like the majority of the ones they do.

The badge looks like it belong on a non-league team. It's crap. I used to like Villa up until this season.

It's a shame really, as the current one was fine. All they needed to do was add the star, and maybe make the lion joined, as they have, and it'd been perfectly fine. Changing it was pointless.

They've got a point, though, West Ham should be down by now. They lied to the FA, and it's not like they did it for some no-mark. Tevez has been their best player this season.

I didn't read that link posted, but I'm sure I read that on the internet on my phone the day after the decision. That was the bit that got me, if not then my bad. Still, even if it was wrong, I haven't heard Warnock or Boothroyd (he doesn't really matter now though) whinging like him.

I didn't read that article because meh but Whelan suing the FA could cause major trouble and could get England thrown out of FIFA/UEFA.

Apparently, Al Fayed was looking into legal action....though from what I read, his was more about the lack of an independent body viewing the transfers of Tevez and Mascherano.
