Just talking about activity. Another thing which is slowing it down is the sign-ups. Because when a game ends we have to wait for a game to get, usually, the full amount of sing-ups, which is something that takes ages in itself, and then the game runner has to send out all the PM's.

Maybe we could do something like, when you hit number one on the waiting list - you make a sign-up list for the next game. So a game has time to get the sign ups. Or when a game is near end-game, a game runner can notify the next on the list so they can open sign ups.

Obviously the flaw in that plan is that it sometimes gives away how close a team is to end game in a certain mafia.

Just something to discuss, at least. Or to be thrown away to the dogs. Only time will tell.

I'd think it would be fine to post sign-ups a bit early in situations where even an outsider can tell endgame is nearing in a currently run game.

Sending out PMs should take like 15 minutes for even the biggest games. Somehow I don't see that being an issue.

I just think you're a lousy don. There's no strategy to your game and you just get obnoxious. When you're not don, I enjoy playing with/against you.

It is, but it's not when someone silences Ruki for the next day phase. A silenced Ruki is a good Ruki (Y)

Strategy wise? Eh....don't know, don't care. IMO, just restrict him by putting some "Ruki can't post under pain of modkill" and everything is in order.

I have the Phantom Mafia pretty much ready but I had some ideas for a more general comic themed mafia and was thinking of possibly changing my game and saving the Phantom one for later.
