Depends for Zimbabwe, they're 3-3 on aggregate but Manucho scores 2 quick goals for Angola in the match so it's still finely in the balance. If they can cling on though, yep, Zimbabwe in for 2013 too. :)

EDIT: Would be pretty shocked to see Uzbekistan in competition with Poland, Hungary and Estonia - since they're in the Asian qualification. :shifty:

The Senegal v Cote d'Ivoire ACN Qualifier match (2nd leg) was called off after the home fans started rioting. Cote d'Ivoire were already 4-2 up from the first leg, but the Senegal fans started up after Didier Drogba made it 2-0 with about 15 minutes left. Ivorian fans and players were escorted out by police.

My question is...so losing 5-2 on aggregate with 15 minutes left is not riot-worthy, but 6-2 is?

Good to know.

So, there will be another game or Ba/Cissé for a whole season? w00t.gif

According to basic FIFA rules as the game didn't finish, the result is void. Of course, this could either mean that a rematch is required or that they'll punish one team for rioting and declare the match as a 3-0 victory to somebody.

But this is FIFA we're talking about, anything could happen.

Apples are from Kazakhstan. More interesting fact than anything to do with Borat. In fact so is virtually everything in Christopher Robbins' book In Search of Kazakhstan. A very interesting country, in fact regarding the book I'd go as far to say as... I LIIIKE. :shifty:

BBC Radio 5 live and BBC Radio Sheffield are celebrating after getting confirmation that they set a Guinness World Record for the most players to play in a continuous 5-a-side football exhibition match, while raising money for Children In Need.

Robbie Savage played in the final stint of the 23-hour world record attempt last Saturday - which was part of Radio 5 live's Octoberfest in Sheffield - to take the final successful number of players to 464. The previous record was 441.

Savage says: "It's brilliant to be a Guinness World Records breaker; it's fantastic for all concerned and a great achievement for 5 live."

For the record, Team Fighting Talk beat Team 606 by 302 goals to 275.

EWB could top that.
