Noah
I would find it funny if we beat Brisbane by enough to overcome the Knights superior f/a. Then the Knights beat us next week but only by a couple and fail to make it.
Noah
Disappointed naturally. Still confident we can beat Newcastle and make the finals but was hoping for the win vs Broncos to keep building momentum to give us a decent chance at beating the Storm in week 1. Australian of the Moment
We have been good to get over the broncos, but it was always going to be a tough task. The game next weekend should be a cracker, I can't wait to go down to it.
Noah
Reading all the previews for the game against Newcastle is making this unreal game seem real. Going to be huuuuuge,
Noah
Hopefully after the last suspension was done and dusted(finally!), we can now go back to concentrating on the game! Kind of sad that Locky's final regualar season game, pitting his excellent Bronco team against a potential grand final winner in manly, means relatively little. It's a quality team meeting another quality team and with a big emotional background to it but the result of the game really means little and it's an occasion that deserves a totally 100% meaningful game. Oh and the suspensions to manly players wont exactly help the occasion to be memorable either.

Noah
I agree with that joker in the sun-herald for once. With the game in Australian heading towards independence, we should no longer have our top award in the game decided by the journalists from news limited. If they want to keep their awards, that's fine by me but we need a replacement for the Dally M that any journalist/media type can vote on. db07
On behalf of the Dragons...... From the souths fan........ In the dragons perspective, hoping for a Newcastle win today, so we play them next week. If Storm win we play Brisbane in Brisbane.

Noah
Any word on if any english club wants Todd Carney J-Man? Initially I heard that the Roosters wanted to 'loan' him to a Super League club but it was said at the time that nobody wanted him. Now with that falling apart and the Roosters forced to sack him, the english option is being explored again apparently. Well that and French Rugby Union. phatman
No other team would take him... To be honest though, I think Todd Carney the footballer would be a great fit for the Sharks... However, Todd Carney the person, no so good a fit... Maybe they can do for him what they did with Paul Gallen's reputation...
Noah
Wow you have to feel sorry for the Dragons there. Is there anything that's going to stop this locky fairytale? Not that the guy needs a fairytale finish anyway after the amazing career he's had to now...
