I agree. Frank Ocean is nice but the rest of Odd Future bore me.

The two songs Underworld made for the Olympic Opening Ceremony are among the best I've heard all year. They're a pretty special group. It's amazing that a couple of guys who knock up tunes in their garden shed made such a massive sound.

I am going to say this right now; as a fan of rap and hip hop music, I don't see why you are all seem to think that Childish Gambino is so good.

He's okay. I just had no interest in a Leona Lewis song as I had no idea who she was and now that I've listened I don't want to hear any more. Was interested to see how Gambino does in t' cameo rapper spot. Apparently not so good.

Well, I am not just thinking of that song. I've heard a couple of songs by now because I wanted to see what all that hype was about, even contemplated to get a mixtape or an album, but I just don't see it.

I don't know. He's not world-changing but I thought he was good. I'm not a crazy Donald Glover fan, though, and it seems like a lot of people who are really into his rap are also really into his comedy, probably t' comedy first.

I haven't head St. Vincent at all but I am proper David Byrne/Talking Heads fan so I am definitely looking forward to the collaboration. If I understand correctly, an entire album is going to come out of the team-up?

Nah, I love Talking Heads. I don't count them since my mum was a massive fan so it's more me growing up listening to them rather than me discovering them or whatever.

Fun fact; my first exposure to David Byrne was when my father lent me his vinyl copy of My Life in the Bush of Ghosts collaboration between Brian Eno and David Byrne.

Also, Pepe Deluxé's Queen of the Wave is fastly becoming one my favorite LPs of 2012 and you should all listen to it because it is pretty damn amazing and fun.
