Your dream festival 2012 edition

We've done this a number of times in the past but put together your dream music festival. No bringing back dead musicians to life or bringing back retired bands though (unless they've got previous with regards to one-off returns). Also, keep it realistic. 1/2/3 days of music is fine. A fortnight festival with 17 stages might be epic but probably a bit too "unrealistic".

The second night is definitely a bit of mash-up. I wanted to get Eminem in there without going for a whole 'rap' day. So yeah, the first night is more upbeat/dancy indie stuff, the second night is a weird mix of rap and other stuff - and the last night gets a bit more rock-y. I'd go to this festival anyway :shifty: If I was organising it, I'd tweak it a lot for sure, but as it's a dream fest, this works well enough for me without being too unrealistic. Like, I'd have a Smith reunion in there, but that seems a bit too far fetched for me.

Matana Roberts / BADBADNOTGOOD / Charts and Maps

NIGHT 3 - Mofackin' Rap Up In Dis Shit

Wu-Tang Clan

So, it got a bit silly, sue me. :shifty: I could've included a post-rock day (well, good post-rock, not just predictable crescendo-core) but six nights is probably going a bit overboard.
