Tebow will be switching teams again this offseason. It's been the huge distraction that everybody knew it would the second the trade happened. If the Giants didn't win the Super Bowl, the Jets never would have entertained the idea of bringing in Tebow. It was a move to grab headlines and sell jerseys, nothing more.

I think the Jets may have to release Tebow outright, because I'm not sure any team would give up even a 7th round pick for him at this point. Even most of the teams with QB woes don't look like fits. The Browns aren't giving up on Weeden after 1 year and sinking a 1st round pick on him. The Cardinals and Chiefs will be going QB in the 1st round of the 2013 draft.

The Jaguars are the default favorite just because it's Florida...he and Gabbert could compete for the job. But if Gabbert wins out, Tebow would be back in the same situation he's already in. And there's always the chance Chad Henne plays well enough to stick around as the starter, too.

I feel for Alex Smith here. Guy has finally been getting his career back on track recently. As it weren't enough for Niners to basically admit to wanting to dump him for Manning in the offseason, now he's losing his job after one week being out with a concussion. Kaepernick has shown flashes of brilliance, but dude has had one good game, against a now-slumping Bears team at that. It hardly warrants giving him the start over a proven guy in Smith. If this doesn't work out, not only does Harbaugh look like a tool, but he also has damaged the confidence of both guys in the process. Terrible decision, imo.

I wouldn't mind the Eagles going after Alex Smith this offseason, presuming he gets cut. Get a steady QB, Get Dwayne Bowe, and start building the defense. I like Manti Te'O a lot. Him, Ryans, and Kendricks would be a solid LB corps

It also depends on who the coach is. But I also seriously doubt the 49ers cut Smith unless he requests it himself because he and Kaepernick combined make less than most other starting QBs in the league so I imagine they'll keep them both.
