He's not 'under arrest', no. He was released for that and whilst I have no idea if there's a court case or not, Diouf denies being there. Though, he also denied being in a club in Bournemouth the night before our game at Southampton even though there is photographic evidence on the clubs facebook page.

Considering Warnock once called Diouf a 'sewer rat', I expect it's just Sky Sports making shit up as usual. The fans will be chuffed too, in our game at Elland Road last month they kept chanting "Diouf's a cunt, his wife's a slag" at him.
