Connection issues are much better today... I only had to stop there for a while because my internet dropped. Boo... luckily I had just saved.

But yeah, races seem to be the way to go. Although that deathmatch was quite fun.. even if it had a lot to do with me shooting Pilch (who are you?) on top of the stairs, only to watch him fall down on my character.. instantly killing him.

I thoroughly enjoyed my kill on you! Though I wonder if it was an animation glitch as I did try to melee you as you shot me.

But yeah, races are definitely the most fun. The bike race with like 9 of us in was great. I didn't realise how much cash/RP you get from them either. Gained like 3 levels there.

First decent session I've been able to play online and I haven't had any connection issues at all today. Me and my mate played a mission where one team had to escort a businessman home and the other had to kill him. Wasn't great with only 3 people in but I reckon if it was 4 v 4 it would be pretty cool.

Ack! I was the only survivor of a job and I have no idea how to split the money. It wasnt much but I feel bad.

I jumped in the car with some dude so we could go steal some coke and apparently he is not even as good as me at driving because he ran a few of them over and shot us straight into the river where he died. As I was trying to figure out how to swim back to shore the rest of the team died. So I found my way out and killed the last two guys and delivered the coke

How do you do co-op jobs? Do you have to be a certain level?

The only missions I've come across so far (apart from races, death matches etc) have been team ones.

I don't think you need to split the money for those kind of jobs? Or maybe you do, I haven't played too much multi yet.

But, to split cash, you go into your inventory (hold back), then cash, and then you can select 'split money from last job'

Yeah, I think Missions reward the entire team for success. Holding up stores/banks/etc. will be where you split the coin.
