Oh, no doubt. I get the idea behind the Bad Sport system, but the execution is pretty sloppy. I think that rather than even having it, they should just make whoever blows your car up pay the insurance on it, no questions asked. Or maybe pay a flat fee for doing it. Something like that. Just do away with Bad Sport entirely.
