They gave the 1 million gamerscore guy a white Xbox One and lifetime Gold membership! A bunch of games too, do they all have grey spines like that? Granted, it provides a uniformed look for them all but it's just boring and ugly. Kinda like those WWE DVD's that I guess never really took off, like the HBK/Hart one.

Its weird how totally different these launch parties have been. Sony's had new game announcements and this is all "guess which celebrity plays xbox guys!" And music and stuff. Not that either is wrong exactly but this whole thing just seemed off to me

GAME are saying the One will "easily surpass" the 360 sales.

It's really quite frustrating to see how many of these new games have microtransactions in - Forza, Ryse, Crimson Dragon all have them (Killer Instinct as well obviously, but that's actually seemingly done in a smart way). Now I know the obvious response is: well you don't have to buy them, but I worry that this is going to set a precedent of balancing games towards these quick purchasable power-ups.

We knew that going in for the most part - Microsoft said that they were focusing on their launch lineup and they already have more than enough announced at this point.
