I generally like smaller rosters since it allows at least some margin of error for injuries. When (not if) Srar decides to sneak in and snap Peyton Manning's neck, I'd like to have some sort of backup plan in the waiver wire.

Given that we're a quarter of the size of the NFL, in the end there still should be good players in free agency.

A part of me wishes that given the amount of interest we got this season we would have combined all three leagues into one league. We would never have finished the draft probably, but it would have been an interesting experience reaching deep into rosters to get players.

I do like the idea of an absolutely ginormous league if only for the sheer size, though I think it would basically make it a Cut-Throat. One bad week and you are done-zo.

I did one of those last year, and it's pretty brutal for football. Of course I then go back and have an 18 team league this season instead.
