It's not just money, it's also reputation and chairman dependent. A mil is probably more than enough, but you'll have to raise the clubs standing in the footballing world too.

I might be playing this game for a while then.

You can piss the league in Gibraltar but just even getting to the second qualifying round in the CL is a battle. I got fingered something like 18-1 earlier this season.
