So, I've thought mmm I only played it for 5 minutes on the 360, it might be time to catch up with these Bioshock games.
So I bought the Remastered Set which contains all 3 for 45 euros. So of course I had to start with the first one and
so far I quite enjoy it! I love the world and atmosphere and powers. The splicers are cool but I don't know what to think about photographing them all. I also can't respawn and have to reload a save if I die for a particular achievement. We'll see if I can keep that up till the end! 

But yeah, so far so good!

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
100% Progress: 76 of 76
100% Complete!

Easy peasy! After a slog of trying to go from level 66 with every other trophy done just to get to level 78 just so I could get an encounter with a legendary dragon, that's another version of Skyrim done with.

First Telltale game that I have ever given up on mid-way through, but I came back because I resent having such an easy game marked as incomplete. Definitely not their best, but on the flip side it's the only Telltale game I've ever played where I didn't encounter a single bug, crash, or glitch

I'm going to start back in doing this. My list is getting ridiculous. Going to start on PC as I generally use it more. So I'm using http://whatshouldiplayonsteam.com/
to pick the game to play and with 641 choices, I know I'm going to play some shit games. Surely...

First game randomly selected was SOMA. Yes. "Was." I didn't want to wait around for a 10GB download on my Classic Aussie Internet. Wouldn't mind playing that game though.
Next up: Doctor Who: The Adventure Games. Don't know why I hadn't played this. Or the other one either. Might need to play them both.

Installing... Shiternet means it'll be ready in 2 hours <.< that's 1gb/hour... FML.

Comments: Not horrible. Not a good game by modern (2011) standards, but was alright. Less I say about The Hive, the better, but y'all already know why. Pinball is shockingly fun.

Trying again on Insane, then mopping up the last few achievements after that.

Bought when it was cheap, played one game with EWB'ers, which I won by going full socialist to tank @9 to 5 thanks to his disgusting and disgracefully dishonest tactics. Then did some easy clean up. Good for a laugh with friends.

 

 

Batman: The Telltale Series
100% Progress: 31 of 31
100% Complete!

Typical Telltale fare. A good story, and probably some of the more interesting game mechanics (the setting up your own fights thing is particularly cool), but it is what it is.

 

 

Fallout 4
100% Progress: 54 of 85
Incomplete

I had 100% on this but the DLC ruined it. I need to go back to it again. I did the Contraptions DLC as that was easy, but need to do the other DLC at some point.

 

 

Magicka 2

Played under @Jericode's suggestion. It's not bad, I could go back to it, but some of the 100% trophies look a proper grind, so probably won't ever get that platinum as I don't think I'll enjoy it for long enough to earn that.

 

 

The Last of Us: Remastered

Loved every second. Will never be able to recommend LoU enough. My favourite SP and MP of all time. Should probably 100% the PS3 version at some point, but the MP trophies on that are a little more difficult so may be a struggle.

 

 

Resident Evil 7: Biohazard

Incomplete

Bought day one and haven't really progressed in. It was good for the brief time I played, but I just haven't cared enough to go back. Will have to remedy that.

Another started but this one I keep stop-starting (currently on Chapter 4/5, I forget which). I like it well enough, but it isn't particularly enthralling. Will complete at some point, but who knows when.

Very few games stick with me more than a day after I complete them. This is one of them. Under 2 hours long and it is dark, harrowing and disturbing in unexpected ways.

Just got to grind out kills in T-Hunt mode now for the platinum and I'm done... at least in that mode. Still hours more fun to be had with friends though. Love this game, favourite shooting game in years.

Stupid audio tour trophies ruined by 100% trophies so I had to go back and re-play it. Not that that is a bad thing.

Free with PS+ and it was a fun 5 minutes at a time game. Got my 50 wins so I'm done now unless DLC ruins it, but fun whilst it lasted.

This is the only game I keep up to date with achievements from DLC. That's because it's basically the only game I play.

Back in 2009 inFamous was almost my first platinum on PS3. Because of hard mode reducing EXP gains, I was stopped from having enough EXP for "Evil To The Core", and whilst I got most of "Rock Hound" down, I abandoned it on the final island.

So now I have started a new game last night just for these two trophies. I forget how awkward this game can be at times, still fun though. I barreled through the entire first island last night to open the second, going to finish the story for my EXP trophy, then go rock hunting, but I have maps with shard locations that I'm filling in as I grab a few running around.

 

 

Unrelated, but via PSN Profiles I have discovered that I was the 20th person in the world to achieve the "Consumate Cross-Dresser" trophy in FF7. Blatantly my proudest trophy achievement that

It's definitely a more arty game than it is meant to be challenging, but I really like it. Gameplay is simple and there's only a couple of tough trophies since a lot of it is just collectables that are difficult to miss since you have to follow them to finish the levels.

 

Also, customary 're-completed Rocket League' update. Wish they'd stop adding more trophies with their updates

So this is a standard case of "Fuck you, DLC, you ruin everything". The remaining trophies essentially boil down to my not having got Gold on three of the toughest race/challenge missions, which tarnishes my Platinum and annoys me greatly.

However, I haven't played this game in over a year and I am rusty as all hell, so diving straight into the hardest challenges is going to just going to end with pain and frustration. Therefore...
