Big tip when you're looking for a HOYD (and youth coaches), get a strong personality like professional. Because youth players often get their personalities from the youth staff at the club, which means that if you can get good personalities you're pretty much set in that regard.

Okay, so this is weird. I finish 6th with Sheffield Wednesday, and Dortmund declare their interest in my star CM/AMC. He has a release clause of £20M (valued at £16.5M). He wants to leave, to which I agree and offer him out for his release clause. Dortmund and Gladbach match that, and proceed to contract negotiations. Here's the weird thing, he ends up rejecting both contract offers, so I try and offer him a new deal to increase his release clause, but he refuses to enter negotiations and is unhappy because he wants to join Gladbach. Uh, what?

He's a greedy twat, and he wants Gladbach to pay him more
