Oh God, the submission matches using the button pressing method have made me rage quit so many times. I used three finishing submissions and each time got to a hair away from submitting someone only to have them power out, and then later, easily beat me with a non finisher submission. The towers are far too difficult to enjoy, I’ve given up on them.

A lot of the annoying ones seem to have some loop holes, like the count outs during submission matches.   This tower has gotten easier from there.  They locked poor Robert Gibson in a cage with Brock and damn near murdered him.

I see mixed opinions on it but I personally love the reversal limits. Just had an epic match in my Universe at WrestleMania. Defended the IC championship as Seth Rollins against Samoa Joe. Lasted about 20 minutes. So much fun! Later in the show I had another really fun match as Ted DiBiase against AJ Styles.

I'm definitely having more fun since turning off the reversal limits, the commentary and the ring announcer. No more repeated or contextually incorrect lines... no more horribly done CAW names from the ring announcer... and now I can't rely on my opponent being down to no reversals in order to hit a quick finish and win the match. Matches have been much more competitive and back and forth since I killed the reversal limit.

Just set a Money In The Bank match to watch/sim as I knew if I just simmed it the winner would be obvious. Matches like this, Rumble, and Chambers I let Universe choose participants. Anyway... Baron Corbin, Brock Lesnar, Undertaker, Tony Nese, Ariya Daivari, Ric Flair, Dolph Ziggler, and Sin Cara were the participants. I didn't pay attention and did chores and errands while it played. Turns out Tony Nese won it! Now I don't know if he should go after Universal Champion Samoa Joe, WWE Champion Chris Jericho, or NXT Champion Lars Sullivan. This kind of stuff is why I live the randomness in Universe.

Been playing through a WWE Universe mode. Just finished the Royal Rumble. The match started out great. Jeff Hardy entered at #1 and had a super great run, only to be eliminated by Matt Hardy around the 20th entrant. Rowan and Harper both had a good run, only to be eliminated back-to-back by Aleister Black. Nakamura eliminates Sheamus, then gets eliminated by Cesaro. It's fun. Things are going well. Then we get to the Final 4. Elias... Jeff Jarrett... Dash Wilder... Bobby Lashley. Okay, a bit lacklustre. Wilder eliminates Bobby and I'm getting a bit worried. Dash eliminates Jarrett. Lucikly, Elias had a finisher stored and eliminated Dash but we almost had either Dash vs. Braun or Dash vs. Daniel Bryan at WrestleMania.

The daily limit, I understand because of bandwidth issues. Anything to stop the Creations from crashing all the time.

But I still can't wrap my head around why, in 2019, with the hard drive capabilities that we have on these systems, that there's a limit to how many CAWs we can have beyond our hard drive capacity. Images though? That's just ridiculous.

EDIT: I just found out yesterday that you can download move-sets separate from workers, which is a big game changer. I picked up a great set of Young Bucks CAWs, but their movesets are just terrible. It's like whoever made them set it to Generic Cruiserweight, and then added in a couple of finishers and called it a day. They look great though, so that I was able to just download a much better and more complete moveset makes it so much better. I thought I was going to have to go through and do it all myself.

I heard about this for the Switch the other day and I'm wondering if it factors into the limits.

For games that have a the ability to add on user content that expands past the save file, there has to be a reserved space file size that cannot change. I see it on the Xbox too - games like Minecraft will set aside a certain number of GB in order to facilitate the generated content. And due to the console makers restrictions, you can't go past a certain level. So I'm guessing that they have to put out a reasonable reserved space size so that it doesn't balloon the install size, but still allows for more slots at the same time.

Yeah I've had to do that with a few CAWs.  I've found so many great ones that just have no movesets at all.

They couldn't get the real JR to record podcast bits? This "Up to No Good" one makes me wish it were a real show though.

The Deletion Utility is a whole lot better this year. I wish they would have some kind of graphic or sound though, where Matt Hardy helps you DELETE them.

An animation in which Matt Hardy swipes the file off the screen whilst yelling "DELETE" would be fantastic.

In my Universe where I drafted with Reflecto, Andre The Giant won the UK Championship from Pete Dunne about 6 months in and has not lost the championship for almost three years. I finally decided OK, next time he defends I'm taking it so had a hellacious back and forth match and finally beat him after 4 power slams from the British Bulldog. Kinda fitting for him to win the UK Championship!

Back with more screen shots but this time it's not Revolution, it's QCW.

Some explanation first. To determine a champion after I put my roster together I looked at the power rankings and took the top 8 men and put them against their opposite on the spectrum in a tournament. 1 vs 8, 2 vs 7, etc. The first rounds are on this show.

I missed a shot of the end of Jeff vs Show. It was another ToF.
