Tried a college mock draft out of curiosity.  The Yahoo rankings fluctuate with time but initially they have RB Jonathan Taylor from Wisconsin as the #1 rated player on the board.

However they also have Rodrigo Blankenship as the #2 rated kicker so I'm inclined to write the whole thing off as fraudulent.

MAC, AAC, and Mountain West are not included.  Unless something happened I didn't see.
