Just picked up the free copy of CK2 on Steam from the reading of this thread and taking it as EWB gospel that this it is a good game to play. Looking forward to when there is chance to get lost in it. Always been interested in the story of Kings and Queens of the past in History. Will take a look at CK3 on the console. Controls can't be as bad as Kerbal was from the PC port.

Heavy Rain was amazing. Nothing can beat the first playthrough of the game, and learning the story of the characters. The choices, the twist or outcomes you can end up with are what made the game fun for me. Enjoy playing again on stream.

Thank you for the tip. Same issues with the PS4 and Xbox One disk drive that either need to be fixed, replaced or a new machine. As both sound like an airplane taking off these days.

Fifa 22 is ok. As it has been mentioned most of it is catered around Ultimate Team. Ended up doing a First Owner RTG this year. Once Ronaldo was packed then stopped playing around January. Might have a few games on it this weekend. It is the kind of game to sit around until the mood strikes usually after watching Football.

Catching up with The Boys. Love comic book characters and live adaptations of them. The Boys has scratched that itch in me of oh I need to see an R-Rated off the wall Supes film. Just funny, gory, shocking and fantastic really. Looking forward to Season 3. Homelander is fantastic. Can not look at Cody Rhodes the same 😆

Shadow of Mordor is now completed again for the third time. Was fun to revisit and remember the first time around and think of some special memories attached to it of my grandmother. Just forgot about how rubbish the final act was. Haven't decided if I will complete other missions, collectibles and dlc etc. State of Decay 1 and 2 may be next.

The backlog of games that need to be played is getting bigger by the month. Had a chance to revisit and complete Shadow of Mordor again. The Nemesis system is fantastic and it is so fun tracking, killing and recruiting. Played a few RPG style games too that had been on sale.

It will take me the rest of the year to finish Assassin's Creed Valhalla and all the DLC.

I don't know if I enjoy using timed finishing or not. I feel it is probably just me having issues with age adapting to it.

My music taste I have tried to add variety to it of late. So I have listened to some classical music this morning. Was good to relax with and appreciate some soothing music. This afternoon was listening to The Beatles and reading a book about the band to see their story.

Yeah I have played about two hours of Horizon before to test it out. So I'm going to restart it and give it a good go. Really enjoyed the way it played and the look of it. Glad some of you got some good deals too 🙂

Picked up a few games over the weeks with the deals and Black Friday. Empire of Sin and Maneater are two of the most played out of the couple I purchased. Unsure of what game I want to start next. Tempted by Horizon Zero Dawn after watching a few trailers.

Finished the third season of YOU. So now have a few classic Universal and Hammer Horror films to watch for the rest of the weekend. Might also try and get round to watching Halloween.

Once Upon A Time In Hollywood. Fun film showing the history of the movie industry which I love learning about. Always been into golden era of screen and tv. A hilarious mind blowing final twenty minutes though which was always expected.

Looking at the relegation I really feel it could be Palace, Southampton and Norwich.

Just noticed how many great British actors there are on Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy.

Inglorious Bastards was a good watch. Taken me a while to get around to watching anything. But I enjoyed the choice I made.

Had a little French Jazz on earlier. Found a YouTube channel that streams them daily. Usually mix it up with some lo-fi beats too.

Having been thinking of a movie or show I could get into. Seems I have gone with watching classic episodes of Columbo. Peter Falk is like a comfort blanket at times to me and you just love to see him trip up the murderer. Always interesting guest stars.

Spurs still trying to keep Kane at the club aren't they? I can't see them going for both Kane and Grealish at the same time. But I think Grealish has done all he can do at Villa and has helped them out a lot. Hopefully the club and fans don't begrudge him the move.

Surprise run in for Grealish?! The gamble.

Could be on the money with Denmark win. Those England substitutions might be the key to winning or losing this game.
