All of 2003 was Beyonce's year. The Destiny's Child lead singer dominated the Grammys entirely by herself. She also sold millions of her debut Dangerously In Love and not to mention had men drooling over her thanks to the videos for tracks from DIL. Her starpower has entered the film world as she starred in Austin Powers in Goldmember and The Fighting Temptations. Look for her next in the remake of the Pink Panther. Certainly, Beyonce deserves her place as a star in her field and as the it girl of her generation.

Finally! Someone hot is listed for a change. Rachel Bilson made herself famous in the TV world as playing the snobby Summer Roberts on The O.C. While some men preferred the show's other female star Mischa Barton, she definitely got overtaken by Bilson by the end of the season. Now, it's a whole new year in The O.C. and while things will change, some things like Bilson should stay the same.
