NBA Jam T.E. (GEN) - 9/10

Yeah, a little higher than I previously gave it, just because of the fun you still can have with this. Goes hand in hand with modern baller titles like NBA Street Volume 2 in the fun category.

Scariest game I've EVER played. EVER. If you want something that gets your heart doing backflips and cartwheels and whatever else, get this now. Resident Evil and Silent Hill eat your heart out. And the CE comes with some nice extras, as well as Ultimate Doom, and Doom II! This was my first Doom game (which doesn't really matter if you haven't played the old ones), and it was awesome.

9/10. I'm tempted to give it 10. It really is almost PERFECT.

The Legend Of Zelda & The Minish Cap (GBA) - 9/10

I know it's not the box cover, it's a better picture though. A hard game to get into, but great when you first meet Ezlo, the "Minish Cap" and learn to shrink down to Minish size. Vaati, the final boss is a bitch too.

Cycling Manager 2

Immediate rating: 8/10

I've only played this for an hour or so since getting it cheap from ebay today but wow, what a thrill!

Strange for a cycling game but being there, able to follow your team (I got given English hope David Millar's team "Confidis") with a choice of members from which to build an eight man team for the Tour De France (the race I chose over season mode).

First stage - timetrial, I didn't have a clue how to make my racers speed up, sprint or conserve energy so screwed up. Luckily Millar was great enough to take eleventh.

Second stage - first "proper" stage and I loved the atmosphere and as the music went into a Massive Attack style brooding, I sent one of my guys away on a break away in the rain tao take a checkpoint for extra points. A beautiful feeling.

Third stage - really getting the hang of things as I send Millar out on his own to win first place on three checkpoints and lead for 35km.

Loving the atmosphere, difficult keeping track of all my team, and one or two usually suffer because of that. Though I guess that's cycling management - it's all about your number one cyclist and your other specialists.

Considering you only need 350MB chip it juddered at times and the tactics screen was too too confusing.

However, great so far.

And realistic (Armstrong is first, Ullrich in top five)

Prince Of Persia - Warrior Within (PS2) - 9/10

Until a few months ago it was probably a 10, but now Prince Of Persia 3 has screenshots and is luring me in. However this is a great sequel to the original and a great game on it's own. That and the Dahaka is a fucking badass, to quote Cloudy.

MVP Baseball 2005 - 9/10 - decided to play it for the first time in a month and I still enjoy it.

Tony Hawk's Underground 2 - 8/10 - A decent game but does nothing you haven't already seen in the previous 5 versions of the game. If for some reason you haven't played a Tony Hawk game though this is a good one to start since you get both a Story Mode and a Classic Mode that works like older Tony Hawk games.

Super Smash Brothers Melee - 8/10.

Not as fun as it used to be, but it's still a must-have for anyone who owns a GC and has a single friend, brother, sister or talented dog. It's just a classic game of it's time, and fully customizable rules for any match allows annoyances like invicibility cloaks or poisonous mushrooms to be taken out. Or just have a match full of Bob-Ombs. And yeah, I only just got my GC out recently because my neice was visiting. We played it all week.

Mvp Baseball 2005 - 9/10

I'm so immersed in this game, but you probley wouldn't like it if you don't like sports games normally. But for those of you familiar with baseball, in the Dynasty/Owner modes you can control everything (more so in the owner mode) including the A, AA, AAA and MLB teams.

Decided to play GTAIII and Vice City for PC again. Legally, of course.. <_<

Grand Theft Auto III - 9/10

Arguably the best GTA ever, and still totally awesome to play. As it was the first GTA on PS2, that's probably why most people still love it. Even though San Andreas is better, it's still tough for me to admit it.

Grand Theft Auto: Vice City - 8/10

It's a solid game, and graphically superior to GTAIII, but compared to GTAIII and San Andreas overall it doesn't compete in my opinion. The radio and settings are awesome, but there's something about this one that just doesn't pull me in as much as III and SA. Still very fun, though.

Looking forward to picking up KOTORII this week hopefully. Never really had the money before, there was alway something else that I had to buy instead.

MVP Baseball - 9/10

Like I've done all year, sat down and played the current day with the Diamonbacks.

Yesterday in real life - Diamondbacks 2 - Cardinals 1

My Game - Diamondbacks 4 - Cardinals 2

Star Fox Assault - 7.5/10

It is way fun, but the controls outside the Arwing are sketchy, and he sound and music are horrifying.

Super Mario 64 DS - 8/10

Yeah, it's the Japanese box art but it looks much cooler than the European one. The game brought back great memories of the original with new challenges for the secret stars and stars that I'd completley forgotten about. A great game, but not good for your first DS experience.
