It's not about getting bands far... it's about voting who you like. None of the bands I voted are going to get on the list at all, except maybe Matthew Good.

I'm not sure if you've heard any K&TG, but their not my favorite band. Not top 10, not top 20, not top 100. They are worth a listen though, some of its pretty funny.

Most likely there will be no rap represented in this, but oh well. I have a pretty varied music taste, but Rap seems to dominate my top ten list.

Bah, even I hate looking at my list. It's not that I don't like the music listed, but I'm of the opinion that most of the best music ever recorded was done by solo artists anyway (James Taylor, Bob Dylan, Frank Sinatra, Tom Waits and so on).
