Crazy. Expected to get to the quarter finals, but even then they made enough work of that not forgetting the mauling (pun intended) by S.Africa. Then the surprising victory over Australia and now beating the French in their own backyard...

Quality.

Still, hopefully we won't get stuffed again by (most likely) S.Africa once again.

I fancy tomorrow's game to be fairly tight, like you said we'll probably have S. Africa in final, but I can see Argentina running them close, if they can keep their discipline. QF's were all I hoped for before start of event but another final is probably even more of an achievement with this bunch of players than Sir Clive managed with previous squad.

What a great game to watch...I got far too nervous in the last seven minutes - I wasn't too bad until England actually went ahead.

We just wanted it more than they did, fought for it....You could see it in the eyes of our forwards in the last 25 minutes or so.

To be honest, we still aren't blowing teams away, but we are winning games, and winning them when they count. Thats all that matters really.

Because they're playing above themselves and now they seem to be playing with desire and grit. Our forward line, when on form, is always our strength and Robinson is having an absolute flier.

Meh. It won't be as good a final now. England don't have much apart form Wilkinson. Great front row, but nobody else has really done anything in the tournament. Robinson's had a few good games, but nobody else stands out. Sackey's overrated, whenever he's against good opposition he goes AWOL. Tait hasn't really played to his potential, Farrell's shit, Lewesy hasn't played well in ages, especially on the wing.

So yeah, we could be having a rematch between South Africa Vs. England. Which was what, 36-0 or 33-0 not even a month ago?
