Fixed an issue where under rare circumstances players were able to get the Declasse Sheriff SUV into Los Santos Customs and respray it causing the menus to malfunction.

Sad times.

The Bad Sport penalty for destroying personal vehicles has been reduced significantly.

EDIT: reading through these notes it sounds like R*'s listened to a lot of player complaints and changed a bunch of stuff!

I just got that early from 1 grenade.

They fixed the huge amount of money you can get from racing. Grabbing an easy 5k with a friend on 1 lap of racing seems to be gone. The beach pack is pretty lame IMO.

Some dick sent some mercenaries after me, so I jumped in the motor, sped the other way, turned around and chucked a sticky bomb on the Jeep that was that was that.

What a waste of money.

I was playing last night and I rolled up to a guy and honked because there was only 3 of us in the server and thought we could ride the town together. Guy stands there for a few seconds and than just shoots me. Like I clearly wasn't going to hurt the guy. Probably the worst mistake the guy made. I made it my entire mission to just kill him over and over again. Sniped him from a distance a couple of times. I think I ruined 3-4 of his personal vehicles in the process as I would get close and sticky bomb his ride as he tried to drive away. I managed to lob a grenade into the back of his pick up truck, he drives away into traffic and blows up 3-4 vehicles. I think by the end of it I had racked up 8 or 9 kills on the guy. I wish I had a headset to just say "... and thats why you don't kill someone when they are trying to be friendly with you". Fucking idiot.

I had the opposite, some guy rolled up next to me and honked his horn, he drove me to my waypoint and helped me secure a crate drop, we drove away from the filth and went on a spree, killing every other player within range. Then he jumped out the car, saluted, and went about his business.

I don't have a problem with people killing me in the game if it seems like I could be acting aggressively; the game is like the wild west after all. It's just when they do so in a cheap manner or nonsensically. I came out of a mission once and the guy I did it with gunned me down when I was walking towards my vehicle. I wasn't acting aggressively, so why kill me for a few hundred bucks. I made it my mission to pulverize the guy after that. I'd just trail him from a distance, head to high ground and head shot him. Eventually he just quit.

If you did there would be literally no-one in free roam.

I think there is a formula of sort that balances your time acting as a good sport (aka, not killing players or wrecking their vehicles) against your time as a bad sport (killing players and blowing their vehicles up). So if you spend your entire time killing everybody in your session, you'll have a bad player rating. If you occasionally kill someone now and again, you'll probably still be a good sport. I think also you quitting on missions/games mid way might also impact your good sport/bad sport distinction.
