At this point, you're right. Probably didn't help his confidence or development that fans were always on his back.

Sure, but that's what it can be like at big teams. Some deal with it, some don't. 

Everyone can't wait for Bruno to put on a United shirt but 3 or 4 bad games and people will be critical. It's how it goes. Before this season I'd seen harsh comments levelled at Rashford for not being good enough, but he's been in his best goalscoring form since breaking through.
