I think they may just turn it into a challenge and use it for the series opener if there's a lot of confusion. Granted, I'm not familiar with how their scheduling has been in years past (aside from Clarkson barking about it on various episode intros/outros), but this feels like the BBC just shoving back the show and not really treating it as much of a commodity.

The BBC seem to like dicking about a little with their most popular shows. No one ever knows exactly when the hell Doctor Who starts because they change its time every week.

It might be a case of "people like this show so we can mess it about with no fear of reprisal. Plus we can catch people out and try and make them watch a show they have no interest in because they were expecting Doctor who at this time." Wasn't there a lot of whohaw about Top Gear having smaller ratings last series which of course has nothing to do with the BBC messing around with it's start time

It was very good. I was amused by the redesign of the car interiors. Definitely looking forward to the second part, but then the specials are always my favourites, followed by the challenges/races, followed by the projects (like the old person car design), followed by everything else, followed by Star in a Reasonably Priced Car.

I dont mind the star in... most of the time, depends who it is.

But tonight was fun, mostly for the maniacal look that Hammond had whenever he got to do off roady stuff.
