After the FF7R DLC, I'm not playing through the main game again. I am rolling through fights I had difficulty with before. The true test will be when I get to Hell House.

 

Still unsure about Stranger Of Paradise. I am not into the Dark Souls type games, so I don't think I would enjoy it, but I do like that they are seemingly tackling the first FF game's story in a way.

I'm actually with you on not really liking the Souls types of games (I typically play games after a long day just to relax, so it's changed the way I play and a game that demands that level of focus is kind of a turn off). But I am glad to hear people who do like Dark Souls say this is good.

Genuinely though, am tempted primarily because I've not completed 8 for years, and have never completed 9. Might be more likely with the ability to play it on the move.

I've been pretty big on putting the SNES and remastered NES games on my phone just for the mobility. Obviously for the last year or so it hasn't mattered but it will matter again soon. I think getting those games on the Switch just to be able to take them with you is a smart bet.

I did purchase them in the end. Up to Juno in FF7 using x3 and largely speed playing it - wanted to do them in order and 7 is the one I know the best.

Picked up FFX again in the sale with the aim of now finishing the pair off, guess who spent three hours doing the monster capture for Auron's sigil without saving then accidentally triggered a Dark Aeon fight?

Autosave is an underrated feature.

I've always said Tye-dus, but in Kingdom Hearts it's Tee-dus, which I guess makes that canon.
