I've only seen the highlights sadly, but Queen's Park haven't looked deadly since selling their captain (and leading goalscorer) to Ross County mid-season. Part of me thinks they self-sabotaged the title win because we'll never survive in the Prem without a permanent stadium and while still restructuring following two promotions. Queen's Park weirdly climbed the tables faster than Rangers did. Both teams were also attacking with abandon.

I can see Ayr doing it, but time will tell.

It was at the same pace two straight promotions then playoff defeat.

The lower leagues were stronger then as they were getting money from the TV deal with Rangers being in the lower leagues and the Edinburgh derby. Still disgusted that the SPL got a cut of that deal.

Queens Park will do well whilst the money is put up, I think Coyle perhaps wasn’t the best appointment though. Seems like a name appointment mostly.

Albion drop out of the league, and are replaced by The Spartans.

Maybe people from Coatbridge will actually support them if they can win a few games in a more competitive league for them. Been a long, long time coming for a lot of the League Two teams.

The end of the SWPL was a hell of a ride, Glasgow City beat Rangers with a 92nd minute goal to retain the top spot while Celtic had beaten Hearts 2-0 to hop to the top of the league, thinking they had won the title. The day started Glasgow City 80, Rangers 78, Celtic 78 with the Old Firm teams with much better goal difference than City and ended City 83, Celtic 81, Rangers 78, so Celtic have the Champions League spot. Dramaaaa~!

Also, Airdrie have beaten Hamilton Accies to take their spot in the Championship via the play-offs.

For a club that used to have so much going for it, the absolute downfall of Hamilton is tragic. They had those few years of tremendous youth players.

Much better performance from Rangers this weekend, Cifuentes providing a lot of pace and power in the middle.

@METALMAN you must be thinking about top 6 already after that start? A point at Tynecastle is nothing to sniff at. Hope they finish above Aberdeen, Derek McInnes is a really good manager.

Can't see Steven Maclean lasting long.
