Watford have also completed the signing of winger Ken Sema from Swedish club Ostersunds on a five-year contract. He scored the winner against Arsenal in their 2-1 Europa League victory at the Emirates last season, and is a Sweden international (but he missed out on selection for their World Cup squad).

Newcastle United have rejected a bid of £20m, rising to £25m, from West Ham for their captain Jamaal Lascelles.

Jannik Vestergaard is having a medical at Southampton today, according to Sky sources. Man City keeper Angus Gunn is close to joining Southampton, according to Sky sources. We are told a deal worth £13.5m has been agreed - £10m plus £3.5m in add-ons. Gunn will join subject to passing a medical and finalising personal terms.
