I'm a bit buzzed but that end of the world movie with the cats from Shaun of the Dead last night was awesome. My kids screamed their fucking asses off through most of it so I missed a lot of the dialogue but I fucking loved it for the most part. I guess some fucko fucks are saying all trilogy for Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, and End of the World movie we did for those movies and fuck yeah. I'd dig owning those movies. I have Shaun of the Dead and need to add the other two to my colleciton. fuck this typing shit. I saw hot fuzz awhile back and was drunk and as high as kite and I liked it a lo So i figuree I ought to add those two fucker movies to my shit and roll wih the punhes for fuck dakse. Fuck I casn't tpe drunk.

Anyone seen My Winnipeg? It's an experimental documentary by Guy Maddin which has an 80 minute run time. It's magical and absurd, and I honestly can't really coherently explain what I thought about the film, but I'd really recommend everyone give it a watch.

Anchorman 2 was very funny, but I agree with an earlier post that it kind of dragged in spots. That, and way too much Brick. He's best in small doses. Still top notch, of course.

American Hustle is pretty darn good.

Agreed. Amy Adams is the highlight too, which I found surprising in a movie also featuring Christian Bale, Jeremy Renner and Jennifer Lawrence. Bradley Cooper surprised me too, I have nothing against the guy, but I never really think of him as a stellar actor. Definitely Amy's movie though.

Seems like a fair assessment. If I have any complaint with the movie, it's that there are lots of very cool casting, cinematography, directing, etc. choices that are actually so cool they momentarily take you out of the story. It's a minor complaint, though.

Skyfall's a bit meh. I loved Casino Royale, I thought the best and worst parts of Quantum of Solance were better and worse than Casino, but this one just falls a bit flat. They seem to rely far too much to nod and winks to the 'old' Bond characters than anything particularly thrilling. Mind you... (BIG SPOILER)
