WS1
Bought mine today, think its well smart, better than the last one.
botchedpiledriver
The cross on the shoulder looks good, it matches our away kit. England will never have amazingly sexy kits, you can't do much with an all white kit, they all tend to look similiar. Leeds always seem to have the same kit every year, due to it being all white. lazy_arse
I like it. It's not trying to be all fancy or anything but it just plain and looks pretty smart as WS1 mentioned. Better than the last one, but not quite as good as the one before that in my opnion.

ChrisSteeleAteMyHamster
Apparantly you can tuck the collar inside. Therefore it becomes the best shirt England have had in a while.

Jam
The harsh reality is that if Defoe pulls out, then the two strikers starting the first game could be from the Championship (Crouch and AJ)
sahyder1
I might go to this. We get a doubleheader. England/Columbia and then the NY/NJ Metrostars take on somebody as part of the MLS schedule.

Open your eyes, there are good players there, yanno?
Thomas
I love Crouch being there. He's no actually as good as Heskey though, but I'm all for trying new players in that role. No matter what you think, when things aren't working and you need a goal with 5 minutes left, he's an absolutely PERFECT player to put on, especially with quality players like Owen, Rooney, Lampard and Gerrard all sniffing around knock downs. I'm also better than anyone here at knowing things so my opinion = fact.
lanky316
Hold on, why's King been left out? With Terry and Ferdinand out surely it makes sense to have the next two in line Ledley and Campbell. Surprised to see Carrick in there didn't think he would make it in there but another Spur can't be bad.

Liam
Simply put, I'd love to have a half decent 6' 7" striker who can stick the ball in the back of the net at my disposal.
Jam
Again, I also like seeing new players given a chance. I think friendlies should be used to try out new players/formations. Out of the line up you suggested, I'd probably play Crouch over Johnson, although I'd like to see them get half each. The other thing is I'd play Jenas over Carrick Now with Sven's mentality, I'm thinking the squad is going to be: James, G Neville, Campbell, Brown/P Neville, A Cole, SWP, Hargreaves, Jenas, J Cole, Defoe, Smith Joey Cole looks to be Englands left sided answer for now, so Sven will probably play him them and have Downing warming the bench. I also have a feeling Campbell won't go still
Guest Pirate Chasin' Booty
Take out Owen Hargreaves and Alan Smith and It'd be a fair enough team (not World Cup quality, but who cares?).
therockbox
Has anyone ever seen Hargreaves play for Bayern, and is he any good? There must be a reason why Sven persists in picking and playing him, because he's shit for England.
