...and now we're seeing a wide shot of the cage rather than commercials. Small Pulver chant, sounds like he might be crying.

Jens didn't look bad at all in that fight.

He didn't look bad, but he's obviously not what he was even a few years ago...WEC curtain-jerkers would be competitive with him at this point.

It seems that people are hating on Bowles in other places, but I think he made the smart decision. Way too much people try to fight through injuries to please fans, but it is going to take good calls like this to help the sport continue to expand in a wider range of acceptability. Plus, who knows how much damage he would have done if he had continued to fight through the break.

He made the right call in quitting. Obviously he'll get a rematch at some point, and we'll find out if the hand injury really was a valid excuse.
