So I guess I'm going to be picking up a keyboard with this so I can actually use the Story Mode this year. Though, I think I'll probably end up playing Universe Mode for a good while before attempting that.

Worked for both my 360 and PS3 - might be brand specific though, maybe I just got lucky. But it was indeed awesome.

I'm pretty sure you can use any USB keyboard with the PS3.

But yeah - I just read something on the IGN review that makes me sad. Reversals are way too easy to do, and there's no strong grapple modifier - the game picks for you based off damage.

I'll have to see how it plays. I like the idea of not being able to spam powerbombs and chokeslams early in matches, Fire Pro's system is similar, but I doubt SvR will be nearly as deep, it'll just be really easy to reverse everything all the time.

Damage based strong grapples? You betcha.

Easier reversals also mean easier reversals for the AI. That, plus a one reversal button system, means very very tedious matches.

I still prefer one button reversals to the two button system though. The two button system made matches pure guesswork, there's no skill involved when you have to guess whether or not you should hit LT or RT, it basically makes the game rock, paper, scissors.

It's our game though. If we want Archer as WWE champ, there should be no reason as to why we can't have him as champ. At the very least, there should be a switch to turn ranking off.
