Nice to see Dave Mooney is still doing alright. He was good for Cork City back in the day when I used to go watch them. By far the worst of the crop of strikers Reading bought from us, but still a decent player.

The game was fairly exciting and my missus enjoyed her first Orient game. Sure, they had a player sent off and we should probably have dominated the game from then on, but its always hard when a team is defending with all their people behind the ball. The crossing was appalling from us and our best player was arguably our right back.

Despite not really playing well at all this season, Reading being 6th and lost only 1 is very promising. After all the doom and gloom alot of fans were getting the feeling of, we suddenly look like serious challengers. Billy Sharp on loan too will hopefully provide us more goals.

As well as naming Steve McClaren as new head coach, Championship side Derby have appointed former Rams player Paul Simpson as assistant coach and Eric Steele as goalkeeping coach.
