Such a shame. After years off, I was hoping NBA Live would be great again. I spent so much of my youth playing Live on the Genesis.

Which was probably the last time NBA Live was great. They had zero chance of approaching 2K14's greatness, I don't know why they wasted the money trying.

I really wanted NBA Live to be good because I love Ultimate Team in Madden and would have liked another version. But yeah I dont love UT that much!

I enjoyed the PlayStation and PS2 versions also, but 07 was so fucking bad that I haven't played a basketball game since.

Anyone know how upgrading a PS3 game to PS4 works? I could get Battlefield on PS3 for $25 and then upgrade it for $10 right?

So, after playing around with NBA2k14 for a while, I'm a little underwhelmed at how much they stripped off from 2k13. Is it just the PS4 version, or are they all stripped down?

What did they change? I have 2k13 and it's great!

The customization has been turned into what Madden has been doing by just pretty much giving you a head and you stick with it. Can't edit any accessories. A lot of the practice stuff has seemingly been removed.

Never mind about the customization bit, I found where you can customize the player, though you can't really shape his head. Turns out most things are still there except what seems like practice stuff.

I haven't actually tried it yet. I've just been playing MyCareer. I'll try it soon.
