I (and I think, the majority of other fans too) don't even have a problem with the full name, Azpilicueta. We just like calling him Dave. :P

Not sure how true, but I was told a while back that Tevez is refusing to play for Argentina due to being overlooked before, and with their attack now, chances are he wouldn't start anyway. So it's more his choice than anything.
