My guess is they watch Sky Sports News, and Sky Sports News have said that the clubs have "agreed a deal", but he won't sign until early June.

I'm not saying that it isn't true - in fact it probably is - but really they're just repeating what everybody has known for months: Costa can be bought for £32m and Chelsea want to pay it.
