Alright so I just killed Pulaski and now I'm back in Las Venturas sans icons.

No one is calling my cell phone either.

The last mission I did was Freefall for Caligula's.

I've also stolen the skycrane for the Heist, but I haven't heard anything about the actual heist in awhile.

I'd already done the whole Millie thing, as I said, I had just finished stealing the Skycrane and Armored Car.....

You can steal the Armored car without having done the Millie thing.

Are you sure you've taken her out on enough dates to get the card? It's not the part where you have to follow her. She'll ring you when she's happy enough to give you the card, and Woozie will ring you when you have it.

I dont think you get the Raindance at first i think after a mission or something. Theres always one at the San Fierro Airport or the Santa Maria Beach in Los Santos. The Kart and the Sparrow are also in Los Santos you just have to complete missions to unlock them i think.

Still on the hunt for the Pizza Boy. Other vehicles I'm looking for include Bus, Tornado low rider, a Berkley Van and the FBI Truck (which is similar to the S.W.A.T. ...you'll know what that is if you've done the last mission.

Anybody know whereabouts I can find any of these?

Are you looking for the bus/coach that was in VC and you could take people round and they paid $5

No. There are Coaches AND Buses in this game. I've found a Coach, I'm looking for a Bus now. It's not so I can drive around picking people up, since you can't do that anyway.

I've read that the Vago's drive around in Oceanics and Tornadoes so I've been riding around their territories for a while. I've only seen Oceanics so far.

You will not find a Berkley Van or FBI truck on the streets.
