It is, however, slower and has about as much defense as a wet paper towel. Essentially Jericode is right, Pikachu is inferior to Raichu in basically every way. I imagine if I started in Hoenn I might have had more choice. Either way if I get a Thunderbolt TM I think Nidoking is learning that and Pika is going in the PC so Mankey can come back out. In the middle of a Pokemon Blue Nuzlocke run. Holy crap, is it hard, and holy crap, is it fun. Currently only have Ivysaur, Sandslash, Pidgeotto and Raticate.
