Just finished "Development Arrested" an hour ago, so I succeeded in my goal of rewatching the entire series before season 4 comes out seven hours from now. Pretty excited.

Aside from a couple of "oh man, they really did have an impossible editing schedule" moments, quite enjoyed the first episode. It's a very different feel from the first three seasons in the way they pretty much said it would be going in; the running time is longer and the focus is so narrow that it's less funny but still good TV.
