MJB
Watching Chalobah or is that me reading too much into things?
stokeriño
Or perhaps doing really, really early scouting of one of next season's PL teams.
Summers
I am willing Palace on to victory today, really hoping they do it and go up. Do not want to see Watford promoted on the back of Udinese's reserves. How many of this Watford team are loanees? And which ones?
Adam
I am willing Palace on to victory today, really hoping they do it and go up. Do not want to see Watford promoted on the back of Udinese's reserves. How many of this Watford team are loanees? And which ones? 7 of the starting XI are loanees, 6 of those are from Udinese or Granada. All big players - Ekstrand, Cassetti, Pudil, Anya, Abdi and Vydra. Four of the subsitutes are also loanees making 13 of the 18 players not contracted to Watford. You're only allowed a max of 5 domestic loanees in your squad but stupidly there is no rule limiting international loans. I think they've closed that loophole for next season though. Summers
Wow, okay. That's quite a lot.. There's a limit on loans in the PL isn't there? Massive rebuilding job for Zola if they win today.
Thrilla
If they get to the Premier League, I imagine they'll sign most of the current loanees on free transfers.
Summers
If they get to the Premier League, I imagine they'll sign most of the current loanees on free transfers. Didn't even think about that. :/
Adam
I doubt they'll be getting Vydra though even if they go up.
Summers
Vydra wants off. Big loss if he doesn't come out for the 2nd.
Adam
He has indeed gone off. Jedinak looking hurt now too, a very subdued atmosphere inside Wembley at the minute.
Summers
To use a cliché, the game needs a goal.
MJB
A sending off is more likely
Adam
If Glenn Murray had been presented with the chances that Aaron Wilbraham has had today Palace would be 3-0 winners right now. Extra time it is, they've all looked nervous enough up to this point I can't imagine how they feel now.
MJB
Well, that had been coming. Kevin Phillips converts, 1-0.
Summers
Cassetti is a silly boy. Brilliant for Super Kev.
Adam
Cassetti has fouled Zaha six times today. He's destroyed him all afternoon. Not a man on earth you want in that situation more than Kevin Phillips. The most gifted natural finisher I have ever seen.

Summers
Happy for Phillips. Not pleased with Holloway being back. Watford weren't very good at all.
