EWR Stats and Scenarios in Theory and Practice

Another note is I'd remove a lot of the mixed gender teams unless there is a really good reason, most of which there wouldent, I'd say maybe only keep ones being tag champs or who are actually competitive.

And just looking through that list there is just too many one off or flavour of the month teams to have any point in keeping.

One suggesgion I'd also make is that somebody maybe after Bill releases the November update maybe try and impliment some of these suggesgions and be a little bit drastic in terms of cuts and removals and see how that world plays.

- Typhoon and Lawler

I'm curious about this one :shifty:

They did team, but it was so shortlived I'm surprised anyone put them together in-game.

Typhoon came to Memphis as Big Bubba and was taking everyone's belts. Jerry Lawler had an issue with Don Bass & Dirty Rhodes who were the tag champions. To get a shot at Lawler's Southern title, Bubba agreed to help him take on Bass & Rhodes in a match. The team broke up like a week later when Bubba turned on Lawler because he wanted his title shot.

Here's the deal... You are all clamouring and arguing for changes that Bill has repeatedly stated he was not going to make. He has said this ver clearly, under no uncertain terms, many times. Rather than bitch and moan that his data is full qnd that he needs to work at it more to clear it up, do it yourself and release it yourself.

Side not. I find it rather amusing that the people asking for big changes and debating things like shooting as if it were the most life or death situation out there have all admittely said they dont even play EWR anymore... Really? So why argue against the ones that do? Its confusing...

Anyways, point is that Bill does this for free and either you download and use his data or you dont. End of story. No need to criticize his methods and demand change.

I would say Rated RKO should be kept more so than Teacher's Pets, they lasted from October 06 to about April 07 and had a brief reunion several times over the next few years.

As for D-Generation MEX, it's a problem with Mexico (more so than say Dragon Gate) where they do more partnerships in six-man tags say Ultimo Guerrero and Niebla Roja of Guerreros Laguerno team with Averno or so. The issue is these "tag teams" have teamed but not necessarily in tag matches. I'd push for some of these teams to be deleted as well.

Yeah, there's an awful lot of {STABLE NAME} I, II, III, IV, and so on, where every conceivable combination of members of stables has been entered as a tag team, regardless of whether they worked as one.

Just wanted to post real quick to let everyone know I'm not ignoring this. I'm gonna go through everything in here and probably respond to chunks of it sometime next week. I just want to read everything and form my opinions on things before posting, as opposed to just posting without thinking everything through.

Just because Rated RKO lasted longer, do you think they'll ever reunite again? I mean Edge can't physically wrestle so...you guys make the judgement.

I think keeping Rated RKO in is pretty pointless. It would be a miracle if we'd ever see Edge wrestling again, and if that miracle were to happen, what are the chances that he'd team with Orton of all people as Rated RKO, and not for example Christian? Very low.

But if you people really find a good reason to keep them in, then keep them in. It's not that big of a deal to me.

Out of that big ass list I'd keep in Trish and Lita, Rated RKO, Batista and Rey.

Trish and Lita both could easily do a comeback match or two and it's not out of the question to want to team them again. Rated RKO history was just played up the last time Edge was on RAW. Batista nd Rey weren't thrown together, they were a legit tag team. Batista could easily come back and could team with Rey for whatever reason.

Sounds fair enough.

It seems that it's pretty unanimous that most of the teams in that list can be deleted with Rated RKO, Trish and Lita, Batista and Rey and Regal and Taylor being the exceptions..

so do you think we should keep D-Generation MEX in or can they be deleted? And what about Teacher's Pets?

just to let you guys know that I'm working on a second list right now.

Based off EWB's favorate research site, D-Generation MEX had about 11 matches in AAA from 08 to 09, X-Pac was in 6 trios and 1 tag with Alex Koslov plus considering he hasnt been to Mexico since 09 and Kolov and Romero have established themselves away from the team its highly unlikly they will be revived.

EDIT

Teacher's Pets have a history of 7 televised matches for WWE, and combined with KC James not having a recorded match since 2008, to me its highly unlikly they would team back again.
