All things considered, I'm not that upset.  I really didn't think this team was going to win this game against the best playoff pitcher of all time.

Hope the Giants win the whole thing now so we got beat by the best and everyone else can be miserable with the Even Year Giants crap continuing.

Just now, The Canadian Destroyer said:

Okay, so Bumgarner is pretty good in the playoffs, eh?

Steroids. Gotta be steroids.

I'm honestly rooting for the Giants the rest of the way, just because I love how incredibly weird the Even-Year Giants story is. Keep it going another year, I say.

I don't even think I'd put this in my top 5 worst Mets playoff losses.

Game 7 of the 2006 NLCS is probably always going to be my #1. Doing the job to Yadier Molina and the 83 win Cardinals hurt so badly. I was 100% all in on that '06 Mets team.

Games 1, 4, and 5 of last year's World Series have to be there - ESPECIALLY Game 1.

And of course you have Kenny Rogers walking in the winning run to end the 1999 NLCS.

This loss sucked of course, but it was still a team lucky to even be in the playoffs losing to a guy who is unhittable in October. There's just not much you can do about that.

The Giants winning would be hilarious for both the even-year thing and the fact that their bullpen is horrific.

Will be pulling for the Cubbies because y'all have waited too long. Texas is the only AL team I don't really mind. And LA has been good to me when I've been out there so Dodgers would be nice as well.
