I can't help but feel there is a subtle difference between 'just doesn't do it for me', and 'loving the opportunity' to post a strange rant about drinking old mans spit. My opinion was that you'd gone wrong...

How Ant feels about Ricky Gervais is almost how I feel about Russell Brand. The ONLY thing (and I'm including his apparences as a talk show guest, not just acting or hosting roles) I've liked him in at all was Rock of Ages. He should do a comedy tour with Jay Leno.....

Finished the first season of Korra. Largely enjoyed it, but I had one issue...

The cop-out of her losing her bending and then not only getting it back because she connected with her spirit side, but being able to suddenly restore/cut off people's bending with little explanation. I know Aang kind of got the same treatment with the Lion-Turtle, but he was waaaaay more spiritual than Korra was.

Other than that, looking forward to season two.

I know others haven't, but I've really enjoyed this season of Falling Skies. I've kept up with the US airing, because screw being 3 weeks behind when I don't have much else to watch. Looking forward to sitting down and watching the two hour season finale on Monday afternoon.

Yup, you're right. That was really weird and anti-climactic.

I watched the first handful of episodes of season one and when it started diverging from the book too much I gave up on it. I hate to be one of those "rabble rabble BOOK'S BETTER RABBLE" types, but I really prefer the book to the show. Dean Norris is good at least.
